arrgh!
this epithet springs to mind in contemplating a week of joy ~ anger, fun ~ apoplexy with little'n..
yet who grounds me more? still, who teaches me [beyond] my limits? knowing her knowing me...
sage of seven years; wisdom and understanding beyond the ken of oldies like me...
arrgh!
a love totally without boundaries..
an admiration for earnest sincerity of expression but
[there are no buts...] what you sew you reap in abundance and,
rewarded and punished beyond measure... this is the eternal truth of parenthood...
arrgh!
how I give thanks for the bundle of mirrored frustration and perpetual beauty ~ clarity of imagination and refreshment..
always, forgiveness..
aargh!

so authentic… i have my own “aargh” at eleven years old, love her dearly… and love my older ones dearly - we survived all the aarghs and are now able to relate almost as peers (they are 17 and 19)
My “aargh” is 7…..going on 40 :o) What a great ride huh?
My aargh is going 11 in three weeks (definitely an older sage) and we're all metamorphosing together and alone with all the ups and downs, joys and sorrows, learnings and unlearnings and relearnings, conflicts and agreements, lots of debates, lots of silence, and lots of loving. It's a wonderful and exciting adventure - parenthood (for us and for him, too!) and childhood (for him and for us too!)
